By Steven Sandberg GRANTS PASS, Ore. -- A teenager appears in court for the death of a passenger in her car during a suspected drunk driving crash this weekend. On Monday, the 18-year-old driver was arraigned in Josephine County Court. 18-year-old Rachel Greentree appeared on a video uplink from the Josephine County Jail.
